Focus group discussion session organized by IQAC
A Focus group discussion session was organized by Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of North South University on 16th of June, 2022 at the SBE Dean’s Conference Room of NSU. The discussion session was well attended by the senior representative of non-academic staff of NSU.
IQAC is planning to hold a workshop on ‘Excellence in Customer Service Management’ for the non-academic staff of NSU. For this purpose, IQAC in collaboration with external training organization, namely Consulting and Research Gateway (CnRG), conducted a focus group discussion session in order to identify the gap in employee training and related training needs.
